Back Cove Neighborhood Association
The Back Cove Neighborhood Association (BCNA) represents and advocates for the residents and businesses of the Back Cove neighborhood in city, state and school affairs.
Bayside Neighborhood Association
The Bayside Neighborhood Association brings conversations about Bayside to Bayside and to the greater community in a way that organizes, informs, and empowers residents, social service and other organizations, local businesses, and city representatives to form meaningful and long-term partnerships.
Deering Center Neighborhood Association
Deering Center Neighborhood Association (DCNA) works to support and cultivate our community by fostering neighbors’ relationships, exploring common goals and hopes, holding space for art and rich cultural experiences, and advocacy with our local government.
Deering Highlands Neighborhood Association
Deering Highlands Neighborhood Association is bordered by Brighton Avenue to the south, Stevens Avenue to the west, Woodford Street to the north, and Deering Avenue to the east.
East Bayside Neighborhood Organization
The East Bayside Neighborhood Organization (EBNO) was incorporated in May of 2007 to serve the Portland neighborhood of East Bayside, one of the most diverse neighborhoods in Maine.

Friends of Allen's Corner
Friends of Allen’s Corner is an all-volunteer effort, working to build community and create a safe and welcoming neighborhood center at Allen's Corner. Monthly Meetings are held on first Thursdays from 6-7:30pm at the North Deering Congregational Church, 1364 Washington Ave.
Friends of Morrill's Corner
The Friends of Morrill's Corner Neighborhood Association is a collaboration of local residents, businesses, organizations and bordering neighborhood associations aiming to bring much needed love and revitalization to this historic part of Portland.

Nason's Corner Neighborhood Association
Nason’s Corner Neighborhood includes the areas on both sides of outer Brighton Avenue starting at Wayside Road out to Westbrook, including the Capisic Street area, the Hall School area, and Sagamore Village.

The West End Neighborhood Association's commitment is to address the quality of life in the West End, to build trust and a spirit of community, to protect the diverse character of our neighborhoods, to identify needs and concerns of residents and business partners, and to provide a way for those needs and concerns to be addressed.
Western Promenade Neighborhood Association
Founded in April, 1973, the WPNA and its members are dedicated to the uplifting, improvement, beautification, home security, and preservation of the Bramhall Hill section of Portland with particular interest in the historical and cultural nature of the neighborhood.
Woodfords-Oakdale Neighborhood Association
Residents and the Woodfords-Oakdale Neighborhood Association (WONA) are committed to improving property values, protecting the architectural integrity of its buildings, and creating a safe, quiet, pedestrian-friendly environment.
